Safe Learning Environment

•   All interactions with minors are professional, supervised, and appropriate
•   Classrooms and common areas are safe, monitored, and child-friendly
•   Online sessions follow strict safety guidelines using only official platforms
•   Student information is kept private and secure

Staff Responsibilities

•   Treat all students with respect, fairness, and care
•   Maintain clear professional boundaries
•   Avoid being alone with a minor in isolated spaces
•   Do not share personal contact details or engage on private social media
•   Do not take photos or videos of minors without written consent
•   Staff are hired through safe recruitment practices including reference checks

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

•   Provide accurate emergency contact information
•   Inform the centre of any special needs or concerns
•   Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of minors

Reporting Concerns

If anyone notices unsafe behaviour or risks to a child, they must report it immediately. All reports are handled confidentially
and appropriate action is taken.
